Toastjones21 has been quite busy over the last two weeks, taking down my Five Guys Freeroll a week ago, and placing third in the $15 Knuckleball tournament over the most recent weekend. He has an interesting story on how he came to play at DraftDay for the first time, and once he arrived he never looked back! Listen to his story now.
DraftDay Update
Tuesday is one of my favorite days of the week in the world of daily fantasy sports, and today is no exception. We have a packed slate of games, with 14 on tap for this evening. The biggest and best way to take advantage of today’s slate is to enter the $109 Field of Dreams. There is a $5,000 prize pool for the taking tonight. Out of your price range? Enter a $5.50 Qualifier and win your way in. I know you can do it. I was three points away from doing it that last night. If I can come that close, you can certainly close the deal. The $15 Knuckleball is currently on standby waiting to pass out $1,500. If you’re thinking about it, DO IT. No excuses! There is nothing worse than staring at a lineup you made that would have cashed IF you played it. The $3.30 Wiz Walkoff is a fan favorite. I like to enter multiple lineups most nights, and you should be doing the same. A share of the $750 prize pool is within your reach. Throw a couple entries in there, sit back with a nice Cherry Wheat and make yourself some money! Your shoutout from CrazyGabey and I awaits on the Fantasy Sports Live podcast!
$109 Field of Dreams
AngryFish (268) took down the Field of Dreams on Monday behind the ever-popular Orioles stack of Steve Pearce (67), JJ Hardy (44) and Adam Jones (39). Each hit a dong, led of course by Pearce’s double dong night. FSL’s very own 1ucror (261) came in second, followed by quietwinner (251), Golf_Coach (251) and TwoGun (242).
$15 Knuckleball
Fryeislander (296) rode Jake Arrieta to the top of the Knuckleball leaderboard, as he no-hit the Red Sox through 7.2 innings and finished with a monster 61-point line. Dantraveler (284), Ravenmaniac (272), nickcarbo24 (270) and burghfann (257) rounded out the top five.
$3.30 Wiz Walkoff
MattTruss223 (336) schooled the competition in the Wiz Walkoff, winning by a whopping 62 points over Dantraveler (284). Bran2528 (282), BigItaly42 (281) and nickcarbo24 (279) rounded out the big winners.

Dantraveler (284) continued his torrid pace over the last two days with a Five Guys championship, knocking off some idiot named BigItaly42 (281) and his counterpart CrazyGabey (262) on the way. FantasyDrive (237) and nedjays (232) each clinched their spots in the EXCLUSIVE freeroll this Saturday as well. We will see you all in the Five Guysgame tonight, once again NO EXCUSES. What better do you have to do on a Tuesday evening than spend it battling the Fantasy Sports Live team for a little cash? On second thought, I don’t know anything that could be better. Get here now!
Today’s Strategy Content
In the words of CrazyGabey, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention just how spot-on Josh Shepardson‘s analysis was last night. He told you to play Jake Arrieta (61) and Steve Pearce (67). One was the highest-scoring pitcher, one was the top hitter. This guy continues to deliver excellence on a daily basis. Check out today’s Picks to Click now!
Jessica Kleinschmidt’s take on the much-maligned Percy Harvin is here for you to analyze as well. Find out his prospects for the upcoming season.
Dooger will be here later this afternoon with his PGA picks for the Greenbrier Classic. Fantasy golf is a solid way to gain an edge on the competition.
As if all of that wasn’t enough, we have our very own CrazyGabey sitting down with Michael Gallagher from RotoWorld and Scott Malewig from DraftDay to discuss the NBA Draft and what it means for the upcoming NBA season.
