Gain valuable NFL intel with this fantasy football podcast with injuryexpert.
I have to admit, I have done around 100 podcasts in my career. This is probably my favorite one.
Will “injuryexpert” Carroll agreed to be my latest victim, but you refer to them as “guests.” Carroll is a well-known writer for Bleacher Report and is known all over the sports industry.
We began the fantasy football podcast talking about Josh Gordon and whether he would play Canadian Football, if he would sue the NFL over his suspension for testing positive for marijuana, and whether or not second-hand marijuana smoke is even a “thing.”
We then talked about Michael Sam and another Cleveland Browns football player, Johnny Manziel. Recently, Sam mocked Johnny Football after sacking him in a game. Both Carroll and I LOVED it! Since Michael Sam is constantly in the news, we touched on ESPN’s recent story on Sam about a player with the Rams speaking about Sam’s “respect in the locker room during shower time.”
Josh Shaw said he saved his nephew from drowning after jumping from a two-story building to save his life. Nope, this was a lie, and we had a lot to say about it.
I was curious to know Will’s favorite teams. He doesn’t seem to talk about them on the Twitter dot com, so I had to ask. His answer was quite wonderful.
Michael Vick recently said he “saved Riley Cooper’s career,” which was quite a stretch, but it was interesting to see what Will had to say regarding Vick’s statement.
Since Will Carroll is the injury expert, I wanted to pick his brain on Cam Newton’s injuries. Yes, I said plural. Not only does he have a recent hairline fracture to the ribs, but we can’t forget about the ankle surgery that occurred in the off season. Will recently spoke about Newton on Bleacher Report so I wanted to talk more about Newton.
We concluded the show with talks about Carroll’s newest adventure. You will have to tune in to find out more about his upcoming Sirius XM Radio spot. All you need to know is I can’t wait for him to get started.
I hope you enjoy the podcast, I know I did.
