Off of my death bed and back on the grind with these top daily fantasy football expert picks!
It was a dreary week for me, as late Monday evening I began feeling uneasy. Flash forward to 2am and full-on sickness had settled in. Unfortunately the only thing worse than being sick is being TOO sick to actually follow along with or play any daily fantasy action. By late Wednesday night I began feeling well enough to hit up some research, and I must say — what a doozy this week has been! I know daily fantasy football never sleeps, but this week in particular has offered up any number of juicy storylines to read the tea leaves in regards to. Add to that an influx of reserves likely making spot-starts this upcoming Sunday and week 15 has all the makings of a free-for-all! These top daily fantasy football expert picks can help you assure your team keeps the pressure on the opponents in this wildest of weekends!
Five Guys Top Daily Fantasy Football Expert Picks Week 15
Kirk Cousins $9,800 - Let’s face it, we all knew this had to happen at some point. The cherry on top of Washington’s sideshow of a season has come full circle. Lucky for us though, Cousins has shown in five career appearances that’s he a more than capable NFL player. The Falcons have also shown themselves to be an opponent more than willing to lay down for opposing offenses, especially during the second half of the season. That makes for a matchup made in heaven, and with two quarterbacks required to fill out your FanThrowdown roster I always love being able to save on one with a solid value play.
Zac Stacy $10,400 - Have you forgotten already? After taking the NFL by storm a little over a month ago, Stacy has quietly rescinded into the scenery over the past two weeks. It’s not that his talent was being overstated though, it’s just that back-to-back outings against the 49ers and Cardinals are sure to make any running backs’ numbers seem pedestrian. That goes double for the woeful Rams, whose offensive identity has exactly zero other plausible threats. Look for a more Stacy-like performance against the middle-of-the-road Saints run defense on Sunday.
Kendall Wright $8,800 - Wright had his worst game of the season in week 14, snapping a streak of remarkably silent productivity. Now that he’s had a decent game his status in the public opinion is likely to fall just as quickly as it arrived around a month ago — and that puts the savvy daily fantasy football in an advantageous spot. Target him judiciously in your lineups this weekend.
Jordan Todamn $4,500 - It’s rare that we come across a true bare minimum salary gem, but with Todman likely to corral his first NFL start in the wake of Maurice Jones-Drew’s injury that’s where we’re at. He’s a definite wild-card, but at this price I’ll pay to open Pandora’s Box.
Chris Ogbonnaya $7,200 - No team this season has been worse at stopping the run than the Chicago Bears, allowing 100-yard rushers in each of their past six tilts. Ogbonnaya is a shifty, pass-catching specialist who finds himself starting this weekend due to Willis McGahee’s injury. He makes one of the better bargain bin values in my opinion.
